2024 Sailing Activities ...

All of our instructors and safety crews are trained to the high standard required by the RYA. We will supply all boats and equipment. You can be part of the LRYSA and enjoy the outdoors and have the pleasure of water sports without having to pay a membership fee.

Saturdays:  Adults RYA Level 1 & 2 Sailing Courses (Age 18+)

Achieve RYA Level 1 & 2 over a 6 week course - weekly attendance - Saturdays from 1.30pm to 4pm

£290pp for the whole course including use of LRYSA equipment, full instruction by RYA approved Instructors, log books, certificates etc

Saturdays:  Kids Race Training & Instructor Training

9.30am to 1pm.  Arrive before 10am to get dressed & ready.  £15 / session

Saturdays:  Kids Club (Age 7 to 18)

9.30am to 1pm.  Learn to sail from beginner to advanced (Stages 1 - 4). £15 / session. 

Kids Holiday Club  (Age 7 to 18)

2 x one week courses to have fun and achieve a qualification (RYA Stage 1 - 4) 5 day attendance - 9am to 4pm

£190 for the whole week including use of LRYSA equipment, full instruction by RYA approved Instructors, log books, certificates etc

5th - 9th August 2024

19th - 23rd August 2024

Tuesdays:  Senior Citizen Sailing Club

Every Tuesday from 9.30am to 1.00pm.  £10 / session.  No fixed start date - students can join anytime.

Anyone over 55 can join in and have fun and achieve a qualification that will give them a lot of pleasure, and improve health and fitness.

We actually welcome anyone to this group who just wants to learn at a relaxed pace without any pressure!

Adhoc Sessions

1 hour Private Sailing Taster Sessions for individuals or Groups can be arranged.
